Can anyone suggest any physically attacking water types for my team and a good set for them

As far as special, there isn't much greater than Greninja right now- it's OU here without tutor moves.

Rotom-wash is also a bulky special attacker who is heavily used in ou, but if you want a special attacking water sweeper Greninja is your best bet.
