Pokemon XYZ episode 24 very dissapointing spoilers

SO I just watched in japanese Pokemon XYZ episode 24 which is the episode with the shiny phantump in it. After watching the WHOLE episode I was dissapointed in the end that ash DID NOT CATCH THE STUPID SHINY PHANTUMP! It made me so angry cause last time ash encountered a shiny pokemon he caught it which was noctowl but im hoping that in future that ash will meet the shiny phantump again like how he met krokorok again in the BW anime.

In conclusion it was a very dissapointing episode

Yeah, I saw- only looked at the episode pictures, but yes, disappointing. Stupid Ash, it was rare T-T

I want a whole pokémon origins series, not just 4 episodes. Also do it for every generation.

but if they did it in every generation wouldn't there have to be a final showdown with a legend of equal power in each region like mewtwo and wouldn't that mean they would have to give every starter a mega (which we all know is going to eventually happen) also I realised that ash is a much better character than he was in unova he's actually a better battler 2 also the 25th episode is going to be ash greninja vs diantha which im waiting for currently

It doesn't need to be literally the same thing for every generation, not every starter needs a mega for origins to have more episodes.

And even if they followed the main story over and over again, a new person with a different personality is also quite refreshing. And what's the problem with an episode where they battle, or even catch, the main legendary? It happens in the games all the time and nobody bats an eye. When I battle youngster Joey with my lvl. 100 Arceus he doesn't say anything about it.

origins already exists so technically it is better than ash even though reds a noob

Red becomes far less of a "noob" in the less than a years time he travels Kanto than Ash has for god knows how long over 7 regions.

And that is true. Ash was on his best in the sinnoh region, imo. That's where he used real tactics to beat strong opponents with also really strong teams (even a trick room team)

true ash was better in sinnoh and is getting better in kalos right now (except with not catching the shiny phantump....)
