Hi Silver League I'm meepalex17! Very Happy
I've been here for a while but I have 2 questions
1. How do I battle Gym Leaders?
2. If I get 8 badges do I have to battle the Elite Four and Champion or can I be a Gym Leader instead?

I hope someone can help me Very Happy

The gym leaders come online on the chat page;

Each gym has their own set of restrictions you should read first;
http://www.thesilverleague.com/gym-leaders.php

And you get a chance to fight the elite 4 if you win a champion's league tournament.
