is ROM hacking allowed to be discussed i was a little confused if that was part of hacking as it states in the rules of the forums?

The Silver League frowns upon hacked Pokemon within use of main games. This basically means they don't like and will ban anyone caught using generated 'mons, legal or otherwise, for battling in any of their tournaments and such.

But it has nothing to do with ROM hacked games. Those are considered to be perfectly fine. Hope that helped a bit.

Theres nothing against Rom Hacking I think you can post screenshots and such in the video game part of the forum (I think thats where the danganronpa fangame is) but I do know that what PM said was true (almost got chewed out for a 6iv shiny mew I got off wondertrade and then said I got it legit @_@ note to self never do that again @_@) If your planning to romhack can't wait to see what kind of game your going to make
