13gamer2000 sprite work in progress

please criticize if you wish.
what i have been doing lately since Joasama criticized the coloring of my sprite i have been trying to make my sprite look as much as the mugshot using the color's and design making a collar and edited the scarf a bit but i can't edit the arms cause i have no idea how i'm gonna make it look like the mugshot with the arms.

Maybe get a darker outline for the blue part of the scarf (not black though)
