Favourite Pokemon NPC

I'm curious. I want to know which NPC either had the most impact on you throughout your journey, or that you believe to be the coolest, most attractive, so-on and so-forth. Personally, Sydney of the Elite Four is my absolute favourite character. He looks so freaking cool in ORAS and I just absolutely love his attitude.

Besides for that, my favourite NPC that you can battle would have to be the ORAS Bird Keeper, and the X&Y Female Breeder.

Hmm, this question is kinda tough. I've never really thought about it before. I would have to say it's the old man who asks for a Pokemon in X/Y because I did that in my normal play though, and when I was done with the game, and I went back, he was gone, but the Pokeball with the Pokemon, which was Litleo, was in his place, along with a note expressing his gratitude, and it always made me happy knowing that I provided this man with some happiness in the last moments of his life.

For me it has to be the ghost girl in the Old Chateu, the first time I encountered her it creeped me out so much that I had trouble sleeping that night (I was like 9 at the time). The Old Chateu is creepy in many respects, but that is the icing on the cake.
As for battleable NPCs I would say that it is Steven, I really liked how nice and helpful he was to you through RSE and discovering him as the super boss in Emerald, he was a real challange.

Blue. He wascocky and a good asshole of a rival. He was my first rival and I hated and liked him at the same time. The backstory about you killing his Raticate and destroying his dreams is also pretty interesting.
