It's not going to be possible. It's going through bank so it'll filter out any 'illegitimate' pokemon.

Is missingno really an illegitimate pokemon though?

Besides I've known of people who transfer hacked pokemon through bank just fine and it doesn't screen them out.

Well missingno is much different. If your friends tried to pass a seedot with Judgement and a speed stat of 999 it would deny them.

Missingno would not be allowed through. Heck, people's legit Shiny Jirachis were not allowed through because they were never intended to exist (Wishmaker Jirachi from the US colosseum bonus disc can be, but it was a mistake that it can be).

Why does jirachi have a shiny form if it isn't supposed to exist? o_O

Also as I understand it, missingno is the product of fluctuating hex data so I wonder if certain forms of it can pass bank and turn into something else.

They could in Gold/Silver, but the system for storing pokemon now is different.
Also, they did give out an event shiny Jirachi in Japan now, but each pokemon has a shiny for the sake of future proofing.
