This is where I will post my Nuzlocke story. If you want to join in on the fun and/or depression, go right ahead!

Okay. Here we go. First off, rules.
1: Capture the first thing I see on a route.
      -Duplicates Clause: I can't capture Pokemon I've captured before.
      -Evolutionary Clause: I can't capture Evolutions to current Pokemon I have ALIVE.
2: Every Pokemon I capture must have a nickname.
3: Battle style must be SET.
4: No Pokemon from trades.
5: Pokemon givin to me for free are allowed IF I haven't gotten anything in the area.
6: If a Pokemon faints, it is dead and must be released.

i started doing the same and i chose squirtle also heads up theres a safari zone in that city with lots and lots of snorunts :3 (i got one chilly is my best friend and saviour up to the 1st gym ^_^)

You can also get Growlith in the city just by talking to people.

sadness has befallen when i forgot to save after i beat the gym and i turned back on to my feebas and then this happened...............

also you can evolve feebas by getting a waterstone at the same area where you get it
(also talk to the prof twice to get pokeballs and same with oak)

In my Nuzlocke, should all four sections of the Safari zone be counted as different areas because you do enter them all seperatly through a menu, or should I just count it as one area?

I think you should count it as one whole area because it is one giant safari zone
