From what I can tell, the Ambercrest is your best bet. I know of an email address he uses, but as its for Pixel Art in Review I doubt you'd get much luck there. Sorry, afraid that's all I got.

Emailing him works surprising well, actually. I'd just say only email him if it's something rather important, so not about battling him or things like that.
