Very bad EEVEE normal type evolution

So I was bored and when im bored I do pixel art or make banners or do art of some kind.
this is what came out of my boredom today and im disappointed with the outcome.
I deem this pokemon Normaleon (Nor-mal-eon) let its terribleness exist forever
DISCLAIMER OF WHAT SPRITES WERE USED:
I had a sprite of eevee opened in a window and flareon in another which I was drawing parts of eevee onto. this is not a fusion what so ever.
