SL Sundays: Mega Beedrill

Hello everyone.  I am back after a week break.  I was very busy on Sunday of last week so I didn't get to do Mega Absol.  I will likely be covering Mega Absol in March, as I am doing special teams to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pokemon starting this week.  This week, we will cover a team I made around Mega Beedrill.  Beedrill was nothing until ORAS gave it an amazing mega evolution that is literally a glass cannon.  I will still continue to not use legends, as the poll was a tie.  Anyways, after that bulky introduction, to the team:

I would appreciate information regarding this teams effectiveness in battle, and its key weaknesses.  The schedule for SL Sundays is below.  

SL Sundays Schedule:

February 7th: Mega Pidgeot
February 14th: Your poll choice of Mega Charizard, Mega Blastoise or Mega Venusaur.
February 21st: Poll choice of remaining three.
February 28th: Choice of remaining two.
March 6th: Remaining Choice

Sorry for the late reaction, but school...
The only big problem I see is Serperior. The life orb is much better because it powers up every attacking move it uses. That is much better because Serperior's special attack isn't all that great. I also prefer dragon pulse over protect because dragons are still common and you don't want to get stopped by a dragon.

Also, why both heal bell and aromatherapy on Florges. I think one of them is enough to support your team.

You have no water stab on Azumarill. Switch out brick break for either aqua jet or waterfall, preferably aqua jet.
