I joined the SL today but I still have some questions,

Is their any banned pokemon? ex: legendary pokemon.

How do I challenge a Gym Leader?

Any banned items/moves?

I dunno what it is with me today and answering questions about competitive... The banned stuff depends on the gym, as seen here: http://www.thesilverleague.com/gym-leaders.php As far as I know, to challenge a gym leader, you just go on the chat on the main page of the site I just linked and ask...? Hope this helped!
