These are pretty decent. The ghost eeveelution looks a bit too much like Espeon, but it isn't bad in itself. The Charizard, while a good effort, falls a tad short. The sprite is okay, but the dresses could really benefit from more shading. The Pokemorphs aren't bad, but they scare me. I can go into more detail on what is good and what to fix if you want. Overall, this is not bad, and you have promise. Keep it up.

Nice sprites! Bancheon looks amazing and it's a great design. As Llama said, it does look a lot like Espeon. To fix this, you could change the design of the ears, perhaps make them more ghostly while you're at it, and change the look of the torso(?) part. I don't know how you'd change the torso but it looks exactly like Espeon. The charivari sprite is decent and with some work could be awesome. The blues are a bit too bright and could use some toning down. The shoulder things aren't as prominent or round as in the actual design. The claw isn't too bad but the arm is in an awkward position. The wings don't line up with the position of the body. The fronts of the gen 4 OWs look great. Except perhaps the straight lines looking a tad weird. The back animations make it look as if she is only wearing a shirt, no dress or pants. The hair on the forehead of the gen 5 OWs is different than the other sprites. The dress looks really good though. On the adventure trainer sprite, the dress looks strange. The long straight line is the main culprit. Other than that, the sprite overall looks too much like the DP female ace trainer with green hair and a dress. The normal trainer sprite looks good at first though I do see some flaws. The lower half of the arm not holding the purse looks strange and could perhaps use some more shading. The dress could also benefit from some more shading. The arms are somewhat thin though they don't harm the sprite too much. The barrette, being one of the main components of the design, is disappointingly not showing. Perhaps try flipping the sprite around so it would be visible from that perspective? Also, the black outlines are a tad too much to stick to the pokemon style, I think. Though I may be wrong on that. The Manectric's collar thing is cute. If it is supposed to be a collar though, you should make it look less like cloth. If it is supposed to be a cloth, it's good except for a few things. The purple could use some toning down to fit more with the official sprite and the middle top outline could be lengthened to make it look more like it's hanging around the neck of the Manectric. The mugshot is good though it looks really similar to Jasmine. You could fix that without changing the design by changing the hand position and the flow of the hair. Aside from that, the hair could use another shade for shading in the shaded area. I love the keystone barrette. It's a great idea, great design, and well executed. As for the pokemorphs, the Sceptile one looks great. The Golduck one on the other hand... It looks really odd, especially the head. Well, I hope this has been helpful and can't wait to see more from you.

I think Banceon could use a little less black outline on the silk, and you could probably make the body look a bit more ghostly. I cant wait to see how it will come out!

Time to go IN DEPTH...

Bancheon: I'm torn on this one...I really like the idea and the ghostly whispy things are pretty good looking. However, the body is very clearly just a lightly retooling of Espeon. To fix that, maybe scratch more of the body parts to give it more originality. Also, the ghostly wisp thing, while it is a really creative use for Gardevoir's dress, the fact that it goes past the bottom of the feet kinda bugs me. It also has a lot of black outlining, but I feel this works in the sprites favor to distinguish it from the body. While the idea in this sprite is great and really original, it just falls a tad short.

Mega Charizard X: While this one was a hardy effort, it doesn't quite reach the mark it could. Firstly, the shading is kinda little on this sprite, so it comes off as more flat, especially on the wings. The claws, while they aren't terrible, just need more white to make them look more like claws and less like finger nails. The blue, while more blue than the actual Mega, is fine simply because Gen 6 lightly washed out colors to make them look more natural. I also feel the back arm should be seen more because it looks fairly non-existent in its current position. The neck also might be a bit too long. The position of the wings don't quite line up with the body either. With a fair bit of extra work, this sprite could look fantastic, but as is now it's just kinda meh.

Trainer Sprite:
Gen 4 OWs: My area of profession, this one. The shading is my main problem with these. The shading is really minimal, and I feel like this would have benefited from having an extra shade for the dress, making the darkest green in the hair lighter, and giving the hair on the side more of a transition from the mid-shade to the dark-shade. Also, the back hair seems a bit too short compaired to the side hair. In general, just detail the hair up a bit more. It will make it more interesting to look at. What Tri said about the back sprites is also true. Also, put some shoes on her.

Gen 5 OWs: Pretty much all the previous things said apply to these ones as well. I trust you'll be able to see the flaws based on those.

Trainer Sprites: The biggest word I have for these sprites is "shading". They need more of it in general, mainly on the dresses, but the Adventure (A) sprite's front arm needs more too, as well as needing less black outline. The hair on the Casual (C) sprite is kinda featureless, and could really benefit from more details. But mainly shading for these two.

Mugshot: Mainly, just give the hair a lot more detail. It just is kinda featureless at the moment, and could really benefit from it. It also looks weird at the hair line, but I don't really know what is weird about it. I do like keystone, however.

As for the other sprites, Tri covered them fairly well, so adding anything else would just be redundant.
