Moveset of the Week? Empty Moveset of the Week?

I was just wondering how one would submit a moveset to the main website. It doesn't explain well- especially when it says to email it without saying to what email address. Please help!!!

Honestly you're be better of going on the xat chat on a Saturday and trying to catch Jem, because more often then not he'll just ask the chat for one.
