pixel art opinion

i made a while back a spriting list wat i made so far but sinds the time it whould take for it to come in the pixel art review i would like to ask your opinion of it and i hope you like it

All and all, these are pretty decent sprites. A few of the ones on the top right have weird/uncomfortable poses, or weird proportions (like the hooded person. The legs and arms are SO thick where their is skin showing), but they're all pretty good. The biggest gripe I have is with Freed. His arms are simply too short. As for Neena, the hair looks weird. I'd say mess around with it more, try to use or make hair that isn't from the original sprite. And for the new girl on the middle right, she looks pretty okay too, but the hair could use a darker outline, and maybe use a different color to contrast the black instead of green, just to make it pop a little bit more, and if you're going for more a stealthy character, then maybe make her have brown or black hair instead.
