The animation looks really good. Personally, the sprite itself is, eh, it's pretty good, though in someplaces it looks like a shadow should be cast where it isn't, and I'm personally not a fan of the outlining on it, simply because it all is the same color, even in places where it shouldn't be.

I hear what you're saying on the shading, but I wasn't going for a pokemon styled sprite. I personally prefer sprites to have at least similar lineart color.
