Does the lucky egg amplify EXP share experience? Empty Does the lucky egg amplify EXP share experience?

I want to know, does having a lucky egg on a pokemon that doesn't appear in battle, but instead gets exp from the exp share, amplify the exp gained?

from what i know, yes it amplifies all exp for the pokemon holding the lucky egg
