Sprite requests

Im just wondering, can anyone out there do sprite commissions for free? The reason I ask is because I need a bit of detail on the sprite.
I would like it to be a side view, with my right shoulder up front. I would like to be wearing a white kimono coat that unbuttons so that you can see the black...thing that covers my legs, a brown pair of those kind of shoes that have little squares of wood on the bottom, then, my one arm that faces the front should be at my side, holding a closed war fan, and a sword that ive premade.
