A Sakura Petal floats by...

Hello. I am The Sakura Warrior. I'm a champion of a region far from here. I have traveled far to find a league that is suitable for my ability. I believe I have found it.
I am not the best at Pokémon comps, for I have only begun to join the scene, and the best I can fight is 3 v/s 3, I am also not the most knowledgeable about battling competitively. I hope that isn't a problem.
Once I get a full team of six, I will start challenging gyms.

Not a problem at all, as long as you follow the rules. There's also a bunch of people around who can help you.

I also have a question, if its okay to ask you.
The League says that one hit KO moves are not allowed, but I have a setup including Swords Dance and Focus Energy, which I use as a sweep. Is that not allowed either?

Swords Dance + Focus Energy is fine. OHKO moves are things like Horn Drill ..etc that cause the text 'It's a one-hit KO!' to come up after the move is used and hits.
