Your team is heavily weak against fire and rock types. I suggest switching some pokémon, especially Weavile and Mega-Beedrill since they are weak to both types. Try make this team as balanced as possible.

If you really want to use this team then you have to work around stealth rock, other rock type moves and fire types.

Here is the team for it then:
Weavile @ life orb
Moveset: Fake out, ice shard, knock off and icicle crash
Ev's: 252 att, 252 spd and 4 in hp.
Nature: Jolly

Cloyster @ white herb
Moveset: shell smash, icicle spear, rock blast and razor shell
Ev's: 252 att, 252 spd and 4 in hp
Nature: Jolly

Xatu @ leftovers
Moveset: Roost, thunder wave, psychic and heat wave
Ev's: 252 hp, 252 spcl def and 4 in spcl att
Nature: Calm

Beedrill @ Beedrillite
Moveset: Protect, poison jab, u-turn and drill run
Ev's: 252 att, 252 spd and 4 in hp
Nature: Jolly

Magnezone @ choice scarf
ABILITY: Magnet pull
Moveset: Volt switch, Flash cannon, hp fire and thunder bolt
Ev's: 252 spcl att, 252 spd and 4 in hp
Nature: Timid

Gliscor @ toxic orb
Moveset: Stealth rock, protect, toxic and earthquake
Ev's 252 hp, 252 def and 4 in att
Nature: Bold

These are the preferred moveset of the pokémon in this team. You can use them in others, but maybe an other moveset works better then.

Drill run works better on this team because of the fire and rock weakness.
So don't be peanut butter and jelly. XD

true also with the jolly nature giving it more speed and protecting as soon as you mega evolve + adaptability allowing to more strength for poison jab and X-scissor makes mega beedrill a formidable foe

Maybe a water type. I would say use Empoleon or Milotic to tank out Fire and Rock type moves

Water is only super effective against rock, so for a tank to take these moves it needs to resist both types. So if you go with water both pokemon FutureCreator said are decent, but they only resist one of the two types you're weak against. There are not that many pokémon who resist both types.

He can't really use Swampert that well, seing as he can't mega it. Though it is sorta OK for a utility pokemon, aka Taunt and Stealth rocks

Swampert used to be UU in gen 5 and 6. It is really bulky.

Quagsire has decent bulk, access to recover, toxic and yawn and the ability unaware. Unaware let's you stop set up sweepers so you can stall them with toxic, force the switch with yawn and recover hp. Unfortunately it doesn't get stealth rocks. It also has access to scald. Although it doesn't do great damage because of it's bad special attack, the burn chance can cripple opponent's pokémon really badly.

You can make it either physical or specially bulky, but preferably physical since it's physical defence is higher than it's special defence. Give it ev's in hp and either defence and the rest in attack.

A good moveset is: Toxic, Recover, Earthquake and Scald
