Props for using the XY 3D animations ;D (I tried for my first RMT, it was just messy lol) But onto the team:
The team itself is not that bad, it's solid from what I can see. if played well, the team can be really successful. The use of the Grass/Water/Fire Core really fits. Thought if there is one thing that I can see, that would be the Lunar Dance on Cress. I recommend Moonlight for recovery, and not having Lunar Dance. You're basically sacing off Cress, which I wouldn't recommend. Now the two Pokemon that absolutely are threats to this team are Greninja and Volcarona. Here are the calculations:

252 SpA Life Orb Greninja Hydro Pump vs. 240 HP / 0 SpD Volcarona: 382-452 (102.9 - 121.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Protean Greninja Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Ferrothorn: 390-458 (110.7 - 130.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Life Orb Greninja Dark Pulse vs. 252 HP / 148+ SpD Rotom-W: 109-130 (35.8 - 42.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Greninja Dark Pulse vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Cresselia: 195-229 (43.9 - 51.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Protean Greninja Hidden Power Fire vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Galvantula: 328-385 (116.7 - 137%) -- guaranteed OHKO (Granted that Stealth Rocks are on the field. Or if it's a lead, then it would be easily taken out.)
252 SpA Life Orb Protean Greninja Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 176 SpD Scizor: 437-515 (127.4 - 150.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Volcarona should be fairly Straightforward. Quiver Dance on Cresselia, Scizor, or Ferrothorn and after Rocks, the team would be gone. I give props for creating a good foundations for a team, though I want to recommend two thing. One would be Hazard Support. After Stealth Rocks, your team falls under Standard Greninja. With how common they are in Hyper Offensive teams (which usually carries Stealth Rocks and Defog Supoort for the Sticky Web) You will have a hard time to deal with this Pokemon. Your the one check you have for this Pokemon is Galvantula with a Focus Sash. After Greninja has taken some Life Orb damage, the Galvantula live a hit with Focus Sash and retaliate with Thunder. The second thing would be to get a Check for Greninja. A Bulky water Type, maybe a Sp.Def Pokemon with Thunder Wave, Mega Venusaur, Something that outspeeds and Revenge kills Greninjas. Any of the work, the preference is yours.

And there is my opinions on the team. If you need more help, please feel FREE to ask me. Good luck with your team!
