Updated Karasu

Karasu has a modified scarf base (still trying to think of designs for the ends of the scarf but for now there normal) changed his hair style the way of his head band and arm poses hope you like em and yes the scarf is supposed to cover his mouth. the scarf also has a pattern on it.

I used the arms off of twelve year old version to fix 4.0 up its a different height as well it was the normal karasu sprite that I would regulary use that was the base
