Hello There :)

Hi everyone I am TheRandomKing12, or more commonly known as random. I don't usually do introductions like this very often, but I might as well give it a shot. I started my love for Pokemon when I was around 7 years old, owning my Platinum version. I got into stuff like PokeGen (yes I admit, I was a noob back then xD) but I reset the game because I felt a bit guilty for whatever reason :T Over the years I started getting into competitive battling, but now that 6th gen has come out, To me, my mind just melted. With all these new ways of figuring stuff out with Fairy types, I had to "start over" so to speak. I also got into pixel art, like fusing pokemon and such. But a few weeks later, I stopped for a while. But yeah. Also, despite learning about competitive battling in 6th gen, my 3DS will not connect to the internet. So, thats a bummer. Anyways, that's enough about me. I'm not gonna try and make this longer than it is...xD So yeah. Peace

I'm sure everyone who's had the ability messed around with pokegen once or twice (or pokesav, if you were around the scene even before that). All that's important is that you don't use the hacks for breeding or battling.

About the connection, it might be the problem of where you live. If you live in a country that doesn't support the nintendo Wi-fi, you should just change your 3DS settings to somewhere like the US, Australia, Japan, France, wherever else wi-fi is supported.

I do live in the U.S., but what I'm thinking that its my internet at my house. So usually I just go over to my cousin's or something to get internet

XD. Well I hope youre wi-fi gets fixed soon. Ps try joining the chatbox (if you're at the homepage scroll down alot and then you will see it).

Yeah, true xD I'm also thinking about getting another 3ds because I'm guessing it's my 3DS that won't connect. Because (its pretty obvious xD) everything else in my house connects. But idk.

The 3DS needs to be way closer than other apliances to the router to connect, plus did you register your router in the 3DS as an internet source?

Well when I try to find an internet source, it says no access point. But I could try moving the 3DS closer to other appliances like you said.

Welcome to the forums. Pokémon showdown is also an option to battle with. You don't need a 3ds only a computer/laptop with internet. You can make your own teams there and battle with other people.

Yeah, I understand about Pokemon Showdown but I usually prefer battling on the 3DS, for whatever reason xD

I'm a little late, but welcome to the forum! I hope you enjoy your time here. I don't really do competitive, but I hope you post some of your pixel art. Even if you're rusty, we'll be willing to help you improve.
