Empoleon:
Mystic water isn't the best item and you should probalby switch it for leftovers for some recovery each turn.
Earthquake and waterfall on Empoleon aren't that good, because empoleon is more of a special attacker. I would switch it for flash cannon and toxic.
I would change the ev's to: 252 hp, 252 sp. def. and 4 sp. att.
That makes it a special wall.
The nature is good.
Torrent as ability, because defiant isn't that good on it.

Braviary:
King's rock is good, but I think choice band is better on Braviary.
Fly isn't that good of a competitive move. It takes 2 turns and the opponent can switch out to something that can resist the move. I would change it to u-turn for switching, or super power for fighting coverage. With crush claw, you're better of using return because it has more base power.
The nature isn't good. It lowers your speed. I would run jolly to increase your speed without lowering your attack.
I would change the ev's to: 252 att, 252 spd and 4 def.
That makes Braviary a fast physical sweeper.
Sheer force or defiant as ability.

Forretress:
Lax incense isn't that good of a competitive item either. I would change it to leftovers for the smae reason as Empoleon.
Earthquake isn't that good on Forretress because it has low attacking power. I would change it to rapid spin to spin away the entry hazards on your side of the field.
Gentle isn't that good. It decreases your good defence. You should make it bold so that your defence gets increased.
Ev's should be: 252 hp, 252 def and 4 sp. def.
That makes Forretress a physical wall.
Sturdy as ability, so that Forretress has guaranteed stealth rock set up.

Breloom:
I don't know if this moveset works or not. The only thing is that you should change power up punch for drain punch for a stronger fighting stab plus an added recovery.
Hasty isn't good as a nature though. You should change it to adamant for more power.
Ev's: 252 hp, 252 att and 4 sp. def.
That makes Breloom a bulky set up sweeper.
Ability should be poison heal, but I guess you have that because of the moveset and item.

Garchomp:
Dragon rush isn't good because of the low accuracy, plus you already have dragon claw. I would change it to draco meteor.
Mild nature isn't good. Naive is better, because it increases your speed without lowering your attack and special attack.
Ev's should be: 252 att, 252 spd and 4 sp. att.
This makes Garchomp a mixed attacker.
The ability should be rough skin so that the opponent gets hurt when he attacks you with a physical attack.

Ampharos:
Mega Ampharos is a special attacker so bulldoze isn't the best on it. I would change it to dragon pulse so that you have a dragon stab attack. Toxic isn't that good because mega Ampharos is an all out attacker. I would change it to volt switch for some switch anitative.
Mild isn't great. It decreases your defence, so it will take less hits and mega Ampharos isn't the fastest out there. I would change it to modest to increase your special attack and decrease your useless attack.
Ev's should be: 252 hp, 252 sp. att and 4 sp. def.


Team balance:
If you change the things I pointed out your team is balances role wise.
Type wise it's not the best. here's a link with a team building site with your team typed in:

You see it has a big ice, fairy and fire weakness. You can counter those weaknesses by changing one of your team members for a fire type.
Other than that your team is pretty good and I hope this helped.

Maybe if your team is finished we can battle to test it out. I do showdown and oras.

Ok thank you, Braviary recks other pokemon even at it state. But Ill try to better evs.
