first team for competitive Empty first team for competitive

Post by yeho Fri Mar 10, 2017 6:25 am

my first idea was
incineroar holding incinium z
toucannon holding flyinium z
tapu koko holding elecktrium z
lucario holding lucarionite
espion holding psychium z
and embryon holding darkinium z
but since tapu koko and mega lucario are both banned I've decided to replace them with a kartana holding grassium z and scizor holding his mega stone
please tell me what you think about this team and if its good to try for competitive with

oh and b.w im not gonna breed if my life depended on it, im trying some ev training for my incineroars speed, but breeding? hell no

There are too many Z crystals, try some variety in the items, and you could try to build your team after a fire-water-grass core, or a dragon-fairy-steel core, or even a psychic-dark-fighting core. The team is a start, but needs some work:)

Ok so this competitive team has some serious flaws.
Inineroar, toucannon, kartana, scizor, espeon and umbreon are not a good mix. so it appears you like using Z crystals thats a problem seeing as Z crystals can only be used once in battle not once per pokemon. try using items like choice scarf, specs or bands or life orbs focus sash's etc. continuing looking at this team you do not have desired natures or evs so I'm assuming your a beginner to competitive so this team I'm gonna say honestly is not at all a good team for competitive. try looking at helpful competitive tutorial videos about ev training and team building for now I can't really judge this well its just utterly completely... there are words I want to say but can't so just let me link these here..

what if change scizor with poliwrath, that way ill have both the fighting-psychic-dark core and the water-grass-fire core, while still getting to keep the flying type?
and im going to nead to poot a little more htought into items study

I'm also new to competitive, but even I know that IV breeding is something that is usually essential for life, as far as competitive pokemon goes. Not to be rude, but it is nessicary.
