Focus Energy Legality Empty Focus Energy Legality

I am currently having fun trying to make a league friendly competitive Fearow.
See what works and what doesn't. I know that items that boost critical hit are banned
from the league but what bout moves that boost the critical hit, like Focus energy?
Are they allowed on the league?

I personally don't know of any clause that bans crit items and abilities. So I'm pretty sure they're allowed. As for focus power, if you run a high crit move and item it might have some use

I just looked it up and z moves can crit, so your fearow can be made into a pretty good wallbreaker
